To achieve optimal results, it's essential to strike a balance between the right exercises and cultivating body awareness. Merely performing great movements won't suffice if we spend prolonged periods in poor posture throughout the day. We must align our daily activities with the principles we promote through movement. Attempting to will our bodies into good posture, especially when certain muscles are overactive while others are underutilized, is unlikely to be effective.

 

The key lies in finding a harmonious blend of both exercise and body awareness. This combination holds significant importance and should be consistently reinforced from one session to the next to facilitate integration within our bodies. By prioritizing this integrated approach, we can unlock the full potential of our physical well-being.

Corrective Exercises Package

This packages combines movement and exercises to help you improve your posture, which is the first layer before adding more complex movements. Improve comfort and flexibility.

  • Full evaluation and goal setting – 40 min

  • Receive a list of Corrective Exercises

  • Receive coaching on correct form of exercises

  • Clarify questions and answers

  • Total for the 3 other items - 40 min
