"I am excited to be presenting at the International Council on Active Aging this October. My session, “Posture and Mobility: Somatic Movement Strategies for Active Aging,” will explore how the Laban and Bartenieff movement models can be used to enhance body awareness, improve coordination, and support posture and mobility—helping reduce the risk of injury as we age."
