She supports women in improving posture, coordination, and daily movement while maintaining independence and enjoying life fully. Using the 6 dimensions of wellness, Elise helps women feel better in their bodies and continue to experience life with energy and ease. She is also a Presenter for the International Council on Active Aging.

As a Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM), Personal Trainer and Health Coach (ACE), with a Master’s in Exercise Science and a postgraduate degree in Somatics, Elise uses science-based methods to improve balance, strength, posture, and everyday movement.

In her personalized sessions, you’ll learn practical exercises, reaction drills, and simple home safety tips to reduce fall risk and increase peace of mind.
