Service Description

We all have body misalignments which can create bad posture and even pain. This class will focus on correcting misalignments that relate to our daily routines, such as prolonged sitting. We will use a corrective exercise protocol, releasing and lengthening generally tight muscles with rolling and stretching and activating generally underused muscles through the use of bands.
